When dialing our 24 hour audio response telephone number, you will receive a greeting such as: "Hello this is info line, your around the clock credit union teller." This recording is a generic message provided by our computer software company. Several of our members have commented that the process is difficult, and I agree. So, read through the following form and fill in the blanks and follow the directions. Try it, after a few tries, you will feel very comfortable using MOECU Audio Response.

The benefit of using MOECU Audio Response is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week availability to your credit union information. Another option is to request a withdrawal by check. All checks will be mailed to the current address of the member.

Remember to use the # (pound sign) as enter for each transaction. Your account number at MOECU is your social security number.
