Midwest Operating Engineers Credit Union has provided a membership application, a credit card application, and a loan application for your convenience. **To be eligible to apply for a loan or Visa card, you must be a member of Midwest Operating Engineers Credit Union.

To apply for membership, simply complete the membership application on your computer then print it out. Bring or mail the completed application along with photo ID and your initial $50 deposit to the credit union for processing.

The credit card application can be downloaded, manually completed, and returned to the credit union for processing. Return your application in person, by mail, or by fax.

The loan application can be completed on your computer and submitted online to the credit union for processing or printed and returned to the credit union in person, by mail, or by fax.
